Luoyang Glass Company Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of float sheet glass. The scope of business includes the manufacturing of glass and relevant processing goods, machineries, electric appliances, accessories and component parts, and the provision of technical consultancy services. The major products are the various types of float sheet glass and vehicle use glass. The Company operates in two business segments: float sheet glass business and silicon powder business. Float sheet glass business is engaged in the production and sales of float sheet glass. Silicon powder business is engaged in manufacturing, selling and distributing silicon powder. The Company’s subsidiaries include CLFG Longmen Glass Co., Ltd., Yinan Mineral Products Co., Ltd., CLFG Longhai Electronic Glass Co., Ltd., CLFG Longhao Glass Co., Ltd., CLFG Longxiang Glass Co., Ltd. and Dengfeng CLFG Silicon Co., Ltd. In October 2010, it acquired 20.94% interest in a Luoyang-based glass company.
