Despite of the good intention of doing so, free admission, if out of control, can give rise to some undesirable problems. To begin with, the large number of visitors can possibly pollute the environment and damage facilities. In addition, without necessary incomes, government must take more responsibility financially to keep the museums going on smoothly, an extra burden for our government and all tax-payers.
From my own perspective, I prefer to keep the policy going on, subject to the clear fact that it can really benefit more ordinary people and the whole country. However, the museums should also take some effective measures to prevent the problems from happening.
