　　I've ever read from a book that a person's life is composed of a"1"and several"0".This "1" means health and those "0"mean money,love,rank,ability,fame and so on.Why health comes to the first?Because without it,others mean nothing to us.From this,we can see how important the health is.

　　To us,common people,though we admit nothing is more precious than health,we seldom really take it seriousl.When we stayed up inthe night to study,when we were busy with our work,when we were engaged in earning much money,we almost put health aside.However,to the disabled,perhaps just due to their disabilities,they treasure health much more than we do.They know the value of health and think highly of it.

　　But for us,what shall we do to keep healthy?maybe we should spare more time our bodies,for they also need relax.In addition,appropriately exercise is needed too.Because only a healthy body can promise us to achieve accomplishment,it's the basis.

　　So realize the value of health and cherish it as a priceless treasure.Remember,without health,others are only zero.
