二 次 大 战 伦 敦 一 幕
in 1940 the raf was a multinational unit, with czechs, poles and americans adding their skills to the british flyers. unfortunately, the general public was unaware of this. one day, a pilot was forced to bale out of a fighter plane over london and came down by parachute, landing in a crowded street. he was injured, and jabbered away in some foreign tongue to the people who gathered around him. thinking that he was a german and infuriated by raids on civilian targets in london, they beat him to death. tragically, they learned too late that he was polish, and a member of the raf.
一九 四 ○ 年 ， 英 国 皇 家 空 军 是 一 支 多 国 族 军 队 ， 有 捷 克 人 、 波 兰 人 、 美 国 人 等 和 英 国飞 行 员 合 力 ， 可 惜 一 般 民 众 并 不 知 道 。 有 一 天 ， 一 位 战 机 飞 行 员 被 迫 跳 伞 逃 生 ， 落在 伦 敦 繁 忙 的 街 道 上 。 他 受 了 伤 ， 操 外 国 语 向 围 拢 过 来 的 路 人 叽 哩 咕 噜 说 话 。 那 些 人 以 为 他 是 德 国 飞 行 员 ， 恨 德 国 空 袭伦 敦 民 房 ， 把 他 活 活 打 死 了 。 后 来 ， 他 们 知 道 打 死 的 是 波 兰 人 ， 而 且 是 皇 家 空 军 成员 ， 懊 悔 无 及 。
